Style the course with themes and element settings

Apply a consistent palette, fonts, logo, and cover, then refine individual elements.

  • Prepare your brand colors and any logo, cover, or font files you are allowed to distribute.
  • A reusable palette is saved at app level; imported custom fonts are embedded in the course.

Step by step, link to this section

  1. Choose Design in the editor header. On narrower windows, find Design in Options.
  2. Select a Palette or choose New palette. Name it, adjust its colors, and choose Save palette. Generate palette uses color rules rather than AI.
  3. Select a built-in font pairing or choose Custom and Upload font. Assign Heading font and Body font as needed.
  4. Add a Logo and Cover image using the available image controls.
  5. Close the theme dialog and open an element’s Block settings to refine its background, width, spacing, and entry effect.
  6. Preview at desktop and phone widths. Check contrast, wrapping, and readability before exporting.

Course-level design sets a consistent visual foundation. Element settings let you adapt a particular section without rebuilding the entire theme.

Tips & troubleshooting, link to this section

  • Supported custom font files include .woff2, .woff, .ttf, and .otf. Confirm their license permits embedding.
  • Uploaded fonts can work without internet; external embedded content may still need a connection.
  • Too many different backgrounds or entry effects can distract from the content. Keep recurring patterns consistent.
