14-day refund window

If Agavien Studio Plus isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. You don't need to justify the request.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By activating your license key you agree that delivery of the digital content begins immediately; you keep the refund right described above regardless.

After a refund

Your Plus key is deactivated after a refund. Local authoring, templates, import and export remain free; exports include attribution and hosted sharing uses Free allowances.

How to request one

Send a message from the contact page with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are normally processed within five working days, and your bank may take a few days more to show it.
