## Before you start

- Prepare images you have permission to use. Local images become project assets.

- Stock-photo search, where configured, needs an internet connection.

## Step by step

1. Choose Add block → Media and select Image, Image & text, Text on image, Banner, or Gallery.

2. Use the image upload control to select a file. Where offered, Search for stock photo lets you choose an image through the configured provider.

3. Add a caption or supporting text. Enter alternative text where the element provides it.

4. Use Crop or image-position controls where available to keep the relevant subject visible.

5. For a Gallery, add the other images and adjust their order and layout.

6. Preview at phone and desktop widths, checking readability of any text over an image.

## What to expect

Images are included in the project and can accompany your course exports. Gallery and overlay layouts give you different ways to present the same visual material.

## Tips & troubleshooting

- If stock search is unavailable, upload a local image instead.

- Keep required photo credits. Cropping or replacing an image can change how much of its subject is visible.

- Use real text for instructions rather than baking essential words into an image.

- If an export reports a missing asset, replace the image from its element before exporting again.
